When and Where for 2008 What Makes Skyfest Stand AloneWhy Move? A Brief History
What Makes SkyFest Stand Alone

That’s easy, YOU!    Ok then, what makes SF such an event that it attracts jumpers from over a dozen countries each year?  Well, that’s where the work begins.  SkyFest is about creating the unique opportunity for an individual at any experience level to be exposed to a multitude of skydiving activities (rarely seen in one place) all in just one week!

SF offers:
  • A plethora of standard and specialty aircraft to jump, see the AC page

  • over a dozen manufacturers attending,  see the sponsor page

  • World or National Champion Load Organizers

  • Free coaching, educational seminars, water training, canopy control courses

  • Largest gear auction in the country, a chance to buy gear cheap

  • Sequential bigways, POPS Record Attempts, or even an 80 way at times

  • Your SCR (first 8 way) and ceremony,  a chance to jump with 19 women at one time

  • Ride a 7’ stuffed banana, a raft or many other inflatable toys

  • Participate in many of the State Records claimed by SF

33% of registered jumpers each year hold an A & B License, which is just over 100 new jumpers attending SF!   This is the place to experience your first “big” boogie!  This is not just a regular skydiving boogie, “SkyFest has something for everyone”! In order for all this to happen, it takes months of planning and a multitude of experienced skydivers to donate their time and money.  Check out some really cool stats and safety records from the last 7 years!!  YOU WONT BELIEVE THEM!
